Freight:
All kitchen machines are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers/wholesalers, usually within 12-24 hours after ordering. In some cases, we have the item in stock, and ship from our location (you will be notified in this case). Charges are prepaid and added to your credit card. Shipping is free to destinations within the continental United States, and share of cost is available for Canada & Alaska on some items (WonderMill). Sorry, we do not ship COD.
Shortages:
We attempt to ship your order accurately every time. If there is a problem, it must be reported to your carrier and to the manufacturer within five days of delivery. We will not be able to help you with a claim reported after that time.
Transit Losses:
Title to merchandise passes to the purchaser on delivery to the carrier by the respective manufacturer. You must follow-up on loss or damage in transit. You should thoroughly inspect each shipment as it is received. Be sure your carrier makes a note of all visible damage. All claims should be filed directly with the freight carrier. However, U.P.S. requires that claims be filed by the shipper (manufacturer).
Prices:
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders are accepted only at prices and terms in effect at time of shipment.
Orders:
Orders may be placed anytime on-line or by fax. You can order by phone, if no fax machine is available, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (PST). Faxed or on-line orders enhance the accuracy of your order. Item numbers as well as description should be used when faxing. Please check the accuracy of the confirmation we send to you.
Back Orders:
As soon as product becomes available, back ordered items will be shipped automatically unless canceled by purchaser.
Defects and Warranties:
Appliances are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. Consult individual item warranty for coverage and service. Occasionally there may be a defective product. Returns:
All returns will be directed to the respective manufacturers of your machine. Please be aware of the address in your user manual, and contact them directly. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from the respective manufacturers. Returns that are authorized will be inspected before acceptance. Credit cannot be given for damaged, broken or used merchandise. Any product that has been used will not be accepted. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be factory fresh, packed in original cartons, free of markings and must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted
