Q: Should I get an electric grain mill that converts to a hand mill wheat grinder?
A: No. Not very many commercial mills are made to do both anymore, because the old grinders never did hand grinding very well. A quality hand mill, such as the Wonder Junior Deluxe Hand Mill wheat grinder, grinds much better and easier, than an electric mill that supposedly does both.
